Meet Our Founders
At the heart of Sri Ram Glass are its passionate and visionary founders, Gangadhar M. Kumbar and Sarika G. Kumbar—a husband-wife team whose artistic flair and dedication have shaped the brand into a symbol of creativity and quality in the world of glass design.
Gangadhar M. Kumbar discovered his passion for drawing at an early age, which naturally led him into the world of decorative glass. In 2003–2004, he began his formal training at Prathmesh Glass Designer in Sangli, where he mastered the fundamentals of glass craftsmanship and design. Eager to expand his horizons, he moved to Bangalore and worked as an artist for three years (2004–2007), refining his technical skills and artistic expression. From 2008 to 2017, he continued his journey in Shivamogga, taking on challenging projects as a glass designer and gaining valuable experience in both residential and commercial spaces. His deep knowledge of materials, design aesthetics, and client expectations laid the foundation for what would soon become his own venture. In 2018, with a dream to create something truly his own, Gangadhar founded Sri Ram Glass, bringing over a decade of industry expertise to his hometown.
Sarika G. Kumbar joined the artistic journey in 2015, working as an artist at Sri Ram Glass during its early conceptual days. With a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for design, she quickly became a vital contributor to the creative process. Her ability to interpret client visions and translate them into stunning glasswork made her stand out. In 2018, she officially became the Co-Founder of the brand, working alongside Gangadhar to grow the business while maintaining a strong focus on quality and artistic integrity.
